Photo & video limits
Still images up to 15 MB; videos up to 100 MB for account-free guests or 500 MB when signed in, with a maximum length of 5 minutes.

Do guests need an app or an account?
No app is needed. Where the package includes account-free uploads and the host enables them, guests can contribute within a smaller allowance. Guests sign in for a larger allowance, likes and their joined-album workspace.
Can guests share videos?
Supported MOV, MP4 and WebM files can be uploaded within the applicable size and duration limits. Playback becomes available after processing. Photo formats include JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF.
Who can browse the album?
The host chooses uploads only, browsing through the guest link, or a gallery PIN if included. Links can be forwarded. A PIN protects browsing, not uploads. Approval before guest or screen display is a separate setting where included.
How long can we collect and keep the files?
The offer sets a finite collection and storage period. Setup previews the dates for your event; checkout confirms them. Download the originals before storage ends. This is not permanent online storage.
Print QR cards
A4 signs and table cards use your event name and QR. Print in your browser or save a PDF; printing is arranged by you. The cover stays on the digital invitation.
